Hi Boys and Parents- this is Jen Dutton, checking in. I hope all is well with you at school, work, and home (and of course, pool). I wanted to let everyone know that I have decided to step away from coaching the Boys this year. I started with the team when my kids (now 19 and 21) were newborn and 2, and it truly has been an amazing journey.

I have met the kindest and hardest working boys in this program, and watching their parents taught ME how to parent with the goal of also having a kind and hardworking boy of my own. The boys have been a marvelous study in improvement year after year, four-year cycle after four-year cycle, and this is a credit to their willingness to work as a team, to support each other, and to do the hard work necessary in a very demanding sport (both swim and dive).

THANK YOU! This team has been a source of immeasurable pride for me, and I will ALWAYS cheer for RAIDER Boys! I will still be around and probably will run into all of you at one pool or another- I am happy to be a reference for the boys and I am always happy to talk about swimming, so keep in touch!
